Start By Calling Our Office
By calling (803) 569-3101, you will be able to reach our customer service team. They are also our front desk team, creating a personalized experience for you as a client. The phone may ring up to 8 times before someone picks up, if you happen to call during a high-traffic time.
You may call our office Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
If you miss us, please leave a message and our team will contact you the next business-day.
Be Ready With Your Info
When you are connected with a team member, they will greet you and ask what you need help with. By telling them you are a first time client or a returning client, the team member can get ready to schedule your appointment.
If you are a new client, they will begin to ask for your information. They will need your name, address, phone number, and email to start. If you would like appointment reminders, please tell the team member. If the client is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian's information is needed for emergency contact.

Now Onto Scheduling
Once all the necessary information (personal and insurance), our team member will walk you through the scheduling process.
First we would like to know if you prefer a male or female therapist and also why you would like to see a therapist. You may choose between in person or online. Then we will recommend the therapist.
Be aware that many therapists may have limited availability and getting an appointment within the week is usually unlikely.
Once you are scheduled you will have the opportunity to log into the portal and fill out paperwork that was sent to the email you provided. There will be a welcome email.
This paperwork (Intake Questionnaire) is also able to be filled out in-office, 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
