Accepting New Clients
I am a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Immediately upon graduating in 2003 I enlisted into the U.S. Army with a desire to serve my country, meet new people, and travel the world. I have worked for the Army in some capacity ever since. Dealing with people of varying backgrounds and life experience is my passion. Ultimately this is what led me to the goal of becoming a counselor. I recently graduated from South University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I look forward to working with you as you make the changes you desire to improve the quality of your life. Frankl’s quote “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms - to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way”. I believe each client is unique and will work to best serve your individual needs. While reaching out for help can be difficult, it can also be the biggest step in taking your life back into your own hands. At Hillcrest Behavioral, our counseling services provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
