About Me

I am originally from New Jersey but got my undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in Criminology and Criminal Justice and my graduate degree in Washington DC in Forensic Psychology. I spent my clinical hours working with incarcerated teenage boys in the city and helping them create and achieve their goals. I strongly believe in including the guardians and important adults in the kid's lives to make their therapeutic journey as seamless as possible in the office and at home. I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and trauma. In sessions, I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) accompanied by a person-centered approach that allows clients to be in control of their goals in therapy. I work with teens and young adults to facilitate positive change, process emotions, and cope with stressors and diagnoses.
