Do you have a vibrant personality, diligent work-ethic, and self-less attitude? Are you wanting to work in a friendly environment with patients from a wide range of backgrounds? Working on our customer service team might be the position for you. This is not your average customer service job. Yes, you will be answering phone calls from new and existing clients, but you are also the first face that clients will see when they walk into the office. Clients will find comfort in seeing you on a recurring basis prior to their appointment. You will make people smile, feel relaxed, and be confident that everything is taken care of. As a Front Desk Associate, you will take phone calls, schedule appointments, process copays, greet clients, and more. Our therapists will depend on you to schedule new clients to fill their schedule and make sure clients have future appointments to follow up on previous sessions.
